These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CouponExchange mobile application operated by Blue Tail Labs d.o.o. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What CouponExchange is

CouponExchange lets users exchange Dunnes Stores vouchers with each other. Upload a voucher you do not need to earn one trade credit; spend one trade credit to claim a voucher from another user when a match is available. No money changes hands. We are not a marketplace for the sale of vouchers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload vouchers you do not own or that are invalid, expired, or already used;
submit false, altered, or fabricated barcode data;
create multiple accounts to gain credits unfairly;
attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the App or its API;
use the App for any unlawful purpose;
resell or transfer credits or claimed vouchers for money.

We may suspend or delete your account without notice if we believe you have breached these rules.

4. Trade credit

Trade credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or carried over if your account is deleted. Credits are awarded at our sole discretion and may be adjusted to correct errors or fraud.

5. Voucher availability

Earning a credit does not guarantee a matching voucher will be available immediately. Availability depends entirely on what other users have uploaded. We make no promise about when, or whether, a claim can be fulfilled.

6. Dunnes Stores disclaimer

CouponExchange is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Dunnes Stores or its parent or affiliated entities. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Dunnes Stores vouchers are subject to Dunnes Stores' own terms and expiry conditions; we accept no responsibility for vouchers that are rejected by Dunnes Stores.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to a voucher being invalid, expired, or otherwise unusable.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content in the App is owned by or licensed to Blue Tail Labs d.o.o.. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.

12. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

These Terms are concluded between you and Blue Tail Labs d.o.o. only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; or (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, or discharge of such a claim.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App (e.g. your wireless data agreement).
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
