You can also use Contact support in the app (Settings tab). It opens your mail app with a pre-filled message that includes your user ID so we can look up your account.

We aim to respond within a few business days.

How CouponExchange works

CouponExchange is a free community app for exchanging Dunnes Stores grocery vouchers in Ireland. Upload a voucher you will not use to earn trade credits, then request a voucher for the days you plan to shop. No payments are involved and trade credits have no cash value.

CouponExchange is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dunnes Stores.

Uploading a voucher

Open the Upload tab and allow camera access when prompted.
Scan the Dunnes voucher barcode, or tap Choose from library to use a photo.
Review the detected offer details and tap Upload coupon.
If details cannot be read automatically, try a clearer photo or better lighting and scan again.
Expired vouchers and duplicates cannot be uploaded.

Requesting a voucher

Open the Request tab and tap Request voucher.
Select the day or days you plan to shop and your expected total spend.
If a matching voucher is available, it is awarded immediately.
Otherwise you join a queue and are matched when another user uploads a suitable voucher.

Trade credits

You earn trade credits when you upload a voucher. Credits are spent when you are awarded a voucher from the pool or queue. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app: Settings → Delete account. See our account deletion page for full details.
